Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2026

Scope

This policy applies to paid in-person sessions and consultations booked with CoreStream Base. Online glossary and guide content is free and not subject to refunds.

Deposit and payment

Sessions require a 50% deposit at booking. The remaining balance is due at the start of the session. Deposits are held against your reserved date and facilitator time.

Full refund eligibility

• You cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled session start time
• We cancel due to facilitator unavailability or facility closure
• You reschedule once without penalty and later cancel outside the 72-hour window — only the second cancellation is subject to partial refund rules below

Partial refund (50% of total fee)

• Cancellation between 72 and 48 hours before start
• No-show without prior notice — deposit retained, remainder not charged if not yet paid

Non-refundable

• Cancellation less than 48 hours before start, except documented emergencies we approve at our discretion
• Printed materials already prepared for a custom group curriculum when cancellation occurs within 48 hours
• Sessions partially completed — if you leave after seed phrase backup begins, the session is considered delivered

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 48 hours ahead and a new date is confirmed within 30 days. Additional reschedules within 48 hours of the original slot count as cancellation under partial refund rules.

Work already started

Consultation time is non-refundable once the hour begins. For sessions, if technical issues on our side prevent completion, we offer a complimentary return visit or full refund.

Refund process

1. Email hello@corestreambase.click with your booking name, date, and reason
2. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days
3. Approved refunds return to the original bank transfer account within 10 business days

Group bookings

The group organizer is the primary contact for cancellation. Partial attendance by individual members does not reduce the flat group rate unless we agree in writing before the session.

Exceptions

Medical emergencies or travel disruptions may qualify for credit toward a future session instead of a cash refund. Send documentation when possible; we review case by case.
